22 push up challenge

To honor Memorial Day and the fallen we will do 22 push ups.

See if you can do 22 push ups, any level.  All in one day or all in one sitting.

Practice for the return to school for the 100 second challenge.  

Box Breathing

Box breathe visual
Box breathing helps with:
attention control: concentration
arousal control: self-regulation

Breathe in for 4 counts
Hold with lungs full of air for 4 counts
Breathe out for 4 counts
Hold with empty lungs for 4 counts

Practice for 1-5 minutes everyday.

Advanced is 5 minutes.
Jedi level is 10 minutes non-stop!!!
Ninja Master is 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
